Please enabled celery beat for remo stage (reps.allizom.org) and dev (reps-dev.allizom.org). It should be a change in the way you run the celery deamon (--beat)

this was something we enabled for reps in the past and were asked to revert that change (see bug 859453). :tasos suggested in comment 5 that there were limitations with this approach - is that something that no longer exists?
