91893 - The LAST marked-as-deleted message is "undeleted" when compacting folders (IMAP)

Deleting messages doesn't always delete them.

For some odd reason, when i delete a message, the selection goes to the next
message, but the deleted message is not marked for deletion. I have to reselect
the message and delete it again. This happens about 40% of the time.

Could this be related to when i drag (move) a message from my online imap folder
to a local folder, sometimes (i think when there are attachments) the moved
message disappears from the imap folder. Then, when i select another folder and
then the imap folder, the message is there again and marked as deleted (as it
should have been after the move).

Removing irrelevant/unauthorized/silly keywords. And Peter, if you want this to
be treated as a regression, please give the build id or date of a build where
this did work.

Uh, I had KW:
- *4xp* because this "bug occurs in mozilla and not in NC4.x". 
- *Correctness* because the "expected behavior does not occur". 
- The others were more "subjective" ;)

I think keywords should *always be used if they apply* to give the developers
the chance to find them (query). It also gives a better impression of where we
are, how far we have to go, and how far we've come ;)

The last build where this worked for sure was Milestone 0.9.1 (sorry, I can't
narrow it down more due to time and memory limitations) - likely also 0.9.2.

No, it's not a dupe. The other bug is about *dragged* messages disapearing
(being deleted). This bug is about messages *not* being deleted on the first
attempt.

After closer inspection ... when "marking" messages as deleted, they stay
deleted (IMAP). BUT when i select "Compact Folder", the *last* deleted message
becomes *undeleted* :(

This is a *really* annoying bug because i frequently receive messages, then
delete, then copact during the day. That is why, to me, it is an *nsCatFoof* bug.

Changing summary to reflect bug better:
old: Deleting messages doesn't always delete them
new: The last "marked as deleted" message is undeleted when compacting folders
(IMAP)

Reproduce: 
- mark several messages as deleted in imap inbox
- select: File - Compact Folders

Result: The *last* deleted message is not removed from inbox (UNmarked as deleted)

Expected Result: *ALL* marked as deleted messages are removed from inbox.

Readding previous keywords (4xp, Correctness), because the resaon for their
removal was not given relative to KW definitions.
