Steps to reproduce:

Expanded and collapsed details under "Clear Recent History..." dialog.


Actual results:

When details are expanded for the first time, the dialog height increases properly, but after collapsing it doesn't resize back.
Further expanding and collapsing resizes increases/decreases its height for appropriate offset, but with initial offset height and will never resize it back to the height it had initially.

When opened for the first time its height is 236px and after 1st collapsing it increases to 270px. Once collapsed it remains at 270px.
Expanding again will increase it to 466px, and collapsing reduce back to 270px.

This exists for quite some time.


Expected results:

Collapsing details should always restore the dialog's height back to the original height (236px).
