This one class seems so impressively well tangled up that I'm pulling it out of Bug 913985 and not blocking Proguard with it. For now Proguard can just special case the narking thing.

Seems like a potentially large neatness win exists here, plus exposing slightly more things to Proguard in a way that'd make our IPC very slightly less slow.

Not taking for now - unlikely to have sufficient time to address this before the 29th.
