Greetings Loic! At the "Pair a Device" window, click the "I don't have the device with me" link, which should bring you to the login page asking for your Mozilla Services/Sync account credentials.

(Not Loic, Mike. Loic set some fields. Mike filed the bug.) Hi Justin, If I press "I don't have the device with me", I get the attached screen (text is not selectable, which, IMHO, is also a bug), which wants a recovery key, which I cannot provide because, as I explained to the browser two dialogs prior, there is no other device.

FxA-based Sync should behave correctly after a refresh, as of bug 1395332. Old Sync (recovery key and pairing flow) no longer exists.
