Of course you know about this, but I couldn't find a bug on the site blockage itself.
Actually, bug 35916 mentions most of the relevant issues to the whole site blockage. It's a cat and mouse game of installers and bug fixing. Since the communication between Macromedia and us generally falls on my plate, I'll accept this one.
