Need a new static IP in Haxx0r for new phone

Details
We are replacing our LG G2X phone in haxx0r with another G2X in hopes that this will give us more robust eideticker performance numbers for android. It is crucial that this phone have a static IP address on the "Mozilla Ateam" wireless network within haxx0r.
The phone's information:
MAC: 78:d6:f0:8c:56:80
Serial: 105KPNY237055
Does not have a mozilla asset tag because it was a private phone donated to the cause of automated testing when its former user upgraded to a new phone.
The phone is physically located to the left when you walk in, attached to Eideticker-1 via a HDMI cable. It is sitting atop the Eideticker-1 machine.

i've statically assigned an IP to the phone and updated DNS. i wasn't sure what to call it so let me know if you want to update the fqdn.
