Details

At the 2013-09-23 team meeting, we agreed that all "apps" on cruncher need to documented to be brought back up after a reboot and/or disk issue.

Eventually, all "real" apps should be migrated off cruncher, and cruncher should remain for app development & proof of concept work
Let's use this bug for the manifest of apps-deployed-on-cruncher, and dependent bugs for the actual documentation work.
