Details
Steps to reproduce:
1) Enable fullscreen mode (F11 or from the menu)
2) Open a new window (it's opened in fullscreen mode)
3) Press ESC
The ESC button should make Firefox exit fullscreen mode, but it doesn't in the new opened window.

Are you still able to reproduce?
What I see: Opening a new window from an existing fullscreen window results in a normal non-fullscreen window being created.
