The runtime customization framework which has been established in 1.2 and to be documented in bug 919847 should be documented in an area of https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/MarketCustomizations so that partners can clearly identify how to contribute additional customization capabilities for the plethora of device settings that they require to customize per market. Perhaps a section entitled Adding New Runtime Customization Capabilities which partners could be directed to would work well.
