Currently, any blob with URLs in it cannot be imported because the domain whitelist is empty. We should probably just allow for passing it on the command line.

Meant to say import-json.py. The specific problem is that this script instantiates an AUSDatabase() but never calls .setDomainWhitelist() on it. Because of this, any blob with _any_ fileUrl or fileUrls in it cannot be imported.
Summary: update balrog import-db.py scripts to work with domain whitelists → update balrog import-json.py script to work with domain whitelists
