User Story: As a developer, I want a standard way to be able to display a progress indicator in the utility tray to inform the user that some activity is in progress. Acceptance Criteria: 1. The progress indicator shows a visual (non-text) indication of the progress of download between 0-100%. 2. The progress indicator displays a numerical representation of the progress of the download, if applicable (eg. 3/10 MB)
Francis, does having the ability to display a progress indicator in notifications fit with the vision of having a separate Settings Drawer?
