Tested on 2013-09-24 on latest nightly on an Iconia W3 with no hardware keyboard. In IE in Metro mode when you tap on the url bar the software keyboard comes up, and when you enter an address, it starts loading it, and the software keyboard is dismissed leaving you free to enjoy your content. In Metro Firefox the software keyboard sticks around. Steps: 1. On a tablet with no hardware keyboard open Metro Firefox and tap the location bar 2. Enter something like apple.com and let it load Expected: Software keyboard is dismissed after entering the url and it starts loading Actual: They keyboard doesn't get dismissed, and it really gets in the way.
