Add a link back to the event on the requests page to the email people receive notifying them that their event was accepted.  (So they can see when it is scheduled).

Add the scheduled time and location to the page so they can see changes.

This is now what it looks like if your requested event is accepted and you click the new link in the email back to the Summary page. 

The two Notes in that only appear if the producer overrides the suggested start time or location.
