David Bialer thinks we should remove captions from screenshots (see bug 919448). That bug will handle the consumer side, this should handle removing the developers' ability to add captions in the first place.

- Submit an app to the Marketplace on -dev
- Verify that you are able to add screenshots correctly at submit time, and that no caption is asked
- Verify that you are able to edit the app screenshots afterwards and that everything still works then
- Verify that you can see the screenshots in the reviewer interface for that app.
