when i click and open popup page


Actual results:

a new popup page is open with no scroll bars

a new popup page is open with scroll bars

try to popup the article that is the right side of the page in xnet box section

I could not replicate this. Did you try it with the latest nightly? New profile? Safe mode? 
What exactly are you referring to when you say "a new popup with scroll bars"? Did you try to resize the window and no scroll bars appear? Could you provide a screenshot?

i try a safe mode and the same problem,
you can see by your self, navigate to:

http://www.ynet.co.il/home/0,7340,L-8,00.html

scroll down the page until you see the "xnet" box

in the "xnet" box try to click the big image on the right 

a new firefox window will popup with article and with no scroll bar

Scroll bars are fine here both with branch 24 and the latest nightly.
Please try creating a new profile and switch to it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles?redirectlocale=en-US&redirectslug=Managing-profiles#w_creating-a-profile
See if you can reproduce the bug.
