  Full the screen with icons，then continuously drag an icon to hotseat after will find can't move the app to anywhere.

  1.Full the screen with icons
  2.Continuously drag an icon to hotseat
  3.APP can't be moved to the specified location-->ko

When this issue happen, I found it in page.js, function animate can not recieved the event "transitionend" yet. So "page.ready" will be "false" all the time when onMove until onEnd envoke the stop function.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
