ES index is updated:
1 On every profile save, we update only the updated user row
2 On code push we drop indexes and re-calculate them
In case (1) fails we have outdated data in ES, resulting in problems like bug 920368. Let's create a non-destructive (ie don't drop indexes) update job, which will run every X hours to keep the index fresh and up-to-date.

I'm closing this as being mozillians.org specific.
Even if ES is part of people.mozilla.org, the KTLO aspect of an entire system is more complex than just this one reminder bug, so, closing out.
