Details

When a version of XCode is used for first time, xcodebuild won't work until the EULA is accepted:

sudo xcodebuild -license

Would be good to mention in the OS X section of the readme. Could be missed if one walks away to make some coffee. :-)
You don't need full xcode, just the xcode command line tools (also available from apple dev). If you use those do you still get the EULA question?
