Details

Steps to replicate:

1. Open Contacts or Music app

2. Scroll up to see search box, tap on search box to enter search query

3. Enter search text

4. Tap on x


Expected Result:

Tap on x immediately clears the search text entered

Actual Result:

User has to tap multiple times to clear search text

Environment:
Device: Hamachi
Gecko m-c Build Id:20130919194350
Gaia master: a056d0371c8a96c72f2360af61dea1dd7df6a835

On digging deeper, its been observed that tap on x is triggering event on parent form element instead of clear button causing, user to attempt multiple times before event target is clear button.

This issue along with bug 830127 are two major issues seen in input_areas BB
Firefox OS is not being worked on
