92094 - Problems with viewing mail attachments: context menu

The mail display attachment context menu does not behave as expected in Mac
mozilla 20010720 with modern theme (the problem has been there a while, but I
didn't focus on it until today; I have not tested other themes).

The menu options do not highlight on mouseover.  The menu appears inert as long
as the mouse button is held down.  Upon mouse button release, menu items are not
activated.  The menu remains open and highlighting of menu items works as
expected.  A subsequent mouse click does activate the menu items.  This latter
behavior is consistent with other context menus, but the lack of highlighting
and menu activation on initial menu open and drag is inconsistent with other menus.

Confirmed under Mac/2001080214. Using formal contextual-click mechanism (control-
click) results in a usable contextual menu. Using the single-click delayed pop-up method 
results in the static unselecting menu described by the reporter.

I'm the reporter of this bug.  I haven't used OS9 in many months, and this bug
doesn't appear under OSX.  I recommend that someone with OS9 take a quick peek
to see if this bug still exists on OS9, and most likely mark it WFM.

Sorry, just checked this on both 1.0rc3 and 1.1alpha (2002061103) and it is
still happening. I can take over as reporter of the bug if that would help.
