Next to the word 'Connencting' there should appear the icon for outgoing or incoming calls

Hi,
The icon when a call is on hold is also missed, could we add it to this bug or a new one needs to be opened? (see UX spec (https://mozilla.app.box.com/s/cpwxyeisjurklut93f0a/1/1030018334/9944055924/1) page 29/42 as reference). Thanks.
