Steps to reproduce:

go to: www.apurognc.com.ar




Actual results:

you will see that menu bar and flash are like they are in differents rows 


Expected results:

they should display image and flash animation on the same row

This bug is not present on Google Chrome but its present on Explorer.

I can't access to the website: "Your host needs to use PHP 5.3.1 or higher to run this version of Joomla!"

Any idea why?
