[Clock] Update localization files

Details
Over time, the localization files used for development and testing of the Clock application have been heavily modified (examples below). It's no longer clear which keys are correct, and the coverage seems to be lacking for some languages. It would be helpful for testing if someone on the Localization team could look into the files and ensure that they are consistent.

This is not a clock-specific issue, nor do we intend to keep the l10n files embedded in gaia up-to-date.
I'll WONTFIX this, but anyone can go in and take an update from the hg repos and land them in gaia.
