All platforms, all 7/2 builds - cannot enter any data in profile manager-on some
platforms, can see some buttons
Steps to reproduce:
1. Delete mozregistry.dat/mozregistry/registry on Win/Mac/Linux resp.
   (this allows for profile manager to come up when run apprunner)
2. Run apprunner.

Actual results:
1. Very little UI/ blank UI/ partial UI with buttons in wrong place (per
platform as noted above) resp.
2. Closing UI allows apprunner to come up
 no profile created on win, Mac, default on linux is created
Expected results:
1. UI that allows user to enter profile data
2. profile created and apprunner launched

Even the Profile Wizard UI is totally jumbled.
This seems to be a layout problem in handling the frames.

I have no idea what the profile manager is or how it's implemented. If you
assert that this is a layout bug, then you need to supply a reproducible test
case in HTML or XML

David (Hyatt) seemed to have checked in some stuff yesterday that is
probably affecting frames and loading xul files. Reassining to David.

The ui should be ok now.
Please check out the new files: mozilla/profile/resources
Do not forget to compile the mozilla/profile/resources
directory again, after checking out the new files.
