We should gather the FPS measurements output to the logcat from the HWComposer and report them to datazilla.
These values are not available for unagi or inari.

This has been implemented in https://github.com/davehunt/b2gperf/commit/7ffb3d0eccd51b94a11f3b0fbf929fcdb84588df and will be released in b2gperf 0.9
