92152 - Addr Book:ScreenName resize does not stay after exit/reopen

Win32 (2001-07-24-06-0.9.2)
Mac (2001-07-24-03-0.9.2)
Steps:
1. Open Address Book
2. In the Result pane, resize the Name column, exit/reopen address book. No
problem. Resize stays sticky.
3. Resize the Email, Work Phone and Organization column, exit and reopen address
book. No problem. Resize stays sticky.
4. But when I resize the ScreenName column, exit and re-open
Actual result:  It does not stay sticky when I close and re-open the address
book.  All other columns go back to its default size.
Expected result: All columns should remember their resize after rezising.

This occurs on all three platforms.
