We should Warn all users on unsupported versions of Firefox that they are using a version that is no longer supported and may have issues. We should let them know they should update to the most recent version of Firefox (and we'll save their tabs while they do it) before continuing to ask a question. This should be a fairly strict policy, All Firefox versions except the most recent ESR(s) and the last Release version of Firefox should be included in this. This should be on top of the notification we already have (Bug 651230).
Good point, this could be one step in the low handing fruits list to increase the quality of forum questions.

Moving 2013Q4 bugs to the Future since we didnt care enough about them in 2014Q1.
Target Milestone: 2013Q4 → Future
All users on old Firefox releases should be notified by the Tabzilla update bar. This function should be preserved for the new static Tabzilla too (that's why bug 1191994 is currently blocked). Can we close this?
