Steps to reproduce:
Using thunderbird normaly.
Have a gmail account added in IMAP mode.
In think that is all to reproduce the bug.
Actual results:
Sometimes but frequently, i have a "mail notification" (not the popup which giving the mail title, but the incoming mail icon in the task bar). But i have no new mail. When i clic on the account, to look at my mail, the notification desappear.
Expected results:
No notification must happening when i have no new mail.
Into my memory, i havent this mail with thunderbird 17. I think a have it since updatede to 24 but not sure.
