Does this happen to you every time, Todd?

(I am wondering what this may be specific to. Todd, what is your mail start
page set to?)

I just reinstalled and I am not seeing the problem anymore. I am wondering if
it was an install problem - I noticed that it did redownload some components
(didn't notice if mail was one of them) on the original install after they
failed the CRC check. I asked around down here and none of the other Win98
users had seen this today. Strange.

let's get it off the radar then. If someone has a scenario in which we can
reproduce this again then we'll re-open it.
