By default, sending error information in case of a download error is enabled. This feature should be disabled.

Who should confirm whether this feature should be disabled?
This is not really "error" information, it's "logging" information, correct? If so, let's update the summary.

In the above patch, if the user chooses to include the CD autorun, this feature is disabled. However, if the user unchecks the CD autorun screen option, this feature is enabled.

To verify this fix, you'd need to verify that the customized Browser installs on a Window XP machine is offline. The browser installer has a phone-home feature that reports download status (failure/success) at the end of the installer files download session (right before unpackaging ans installation). When offline, the installer fails silently and aborts the installation session. Only two installer logs are found in the designated Browser install directory.

Ok, the customized build installed on Windows XP when it was offline from the network. Verified.
