Please note that the only location I saw the message "Your subversion account has been disabled due to inactivity." was by setting up a repository using svn+ssh. By using a plain https access as I used to I got no notification of a problem, and this is why I was wondered why I can't access my account even after resetting my password on https://ldap.mozilla.org/passwordreset/.
I suggest setting up a page to notify users about their account status, maybe on the password reset webpage, or even better – allow us to activate our account on self service by filing a form or resetting password.

I can confirm that I can now access to my account and run the following command: svn checkout svn+ssh://svn.mozilla.org/projects/mozilla.com/trunk/locales/he
Thanks to both of you, and hope to see you on the Summit next week. ☺
