Data Manager should display expiration of permissions as well as the more detailed plugin permission types we have now, at least for Flash and Java.

The expiration is decently documented in the IDL: http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mozilla/netwerk/base/public/nsIPermission.idl#47

The new plugin types are a composite of "plugin:" or "plugin-vulnerable:" as defined in http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mozilla/dom/plugins/base/nsPluginHost.cpp#1069 and the "nice file name" as defined in http://mxr.mozilla.org/comm-central/source/mozilla/dom/plugins/base/nsPluginTags.cpp#474 - which makes Flash and Java always have "flash" and "java" (IMHO, we can ignore others for now).

I have done this in the add-on version in http://hg.mozilla.org/users/kairo_kairo.at/dataman/rev/0b283b03748b - this should be ported to SeaMonkey.
