### STR:
1. flash Nexus-4 v1.2 build.
2. launch Camera app.
3. switch to recording mode.
4. click record button.

### Expected:
1. after click record button, Camera app start to record the video.

### Actual:
1. there is message "Video not recorded. An error prevented Camera from recording the video" on screen.
It is a dup of Bug 910498.
