Steps to reproduce:

Repro step:
1. install a sim card with two pb file:
   A: 414243ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff07811032c46587f9ffffffffffff     len = 34
   B: 2a2b2c2d2e2f3a3b3c3d3e3f038121f3ffffffffffffffffffff                len = 26
2. open contacts and import sim contact

Expected:
1. A: NAME: "ABC", NUMBER:"1234p56789"
    B: NAME:"*+,-./:;<=>?”  NUMBER:"123"

Actual:
1. A: NAME: "ABC", NUMBER: mobile: 01234,personal: 56789.
   B:divide into 2 contacts:
       NAME: *+        NUMBER:   -./:
       NAME: <=>?    NUMBER:  123

This is a parse issue, I have do check the commercial ril:
09-30 08:33:23.659 D/ICCCONTACTSMANAGER_QC_B2G(  169): w00221726 test result: name: *+,-./:;<=>?,num: 123
09-30 08:33:23.659 D/ICCCONTACTSMANAGER_QC_B2G(  169): w00221726 test result: name: ABC,num: 01234,56789
      
RIl conver pb to the correct string, But gaia and gecko may not correctly parse it.
"01234,56789", ',' is a Wild Symbol for "PAUSE".

Can you check this.
