Details

Having the waffle switch requires a database query every time. Things like this can happen: https://errormill.mozilla.org/webtools/socorro-stage/group/113047/

The status page doesn't depend on waffle. However, all pages depend on waffle at the moment, for supersearch. The link in the top right of the page is behind a waffle switch. We should remove it in a few weeks, after we get confident about supersearch.
Smart! However, it bothers me that every single page is now dependent on a database query. Which, by the way, clearly is failing sometimes. 5 times in fact in the last 2 days.
