We'll need this to turn on profiles for certain users.
Changed this to ensure we can do in the user admin at
login.webmaker.org/console/signin

assumes that the user model has this info.
Summary: Ensure login/user model still has "mentor" → Enable admins to add "mentor" to admin console
removing from mozfest - but not marking as invalid as we may add specific "mentor" features at a later time
