Description:
An infinite loading screen appears, during collections list population, after trying to add a new collection. The user will see the spinning load icon and the word "Loading...". This was tested on multiple Buri devices, all yielding the same result. The user is able to cancel the loading screen by tapping "Cancel"

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Buri to Build ID: 20130929040201
2) Boot phone to the Homescreen
3) Long tap on the screen
4) Select "Add Collections"

Actual:
Infinite load screen appears.

Expected:
Loading screen appears for a few seconds and then populated collections list appears.

They're testing on a special branch we created, that has all the future commits in it.

So these kind of bugs are not reproducible on master in most of cases. Then, they will be closed as invalid when the feature will landed thought

Traditionally yes, although there's a lot of communication coordination involved here for the landing of this feature to ensure it lands without critical issues. I'd rather keep bugs open and tag them to indicate they are in the process of being landed right now. If it gets resolved on landing, then let's close out.

This is verified fixed in the 10/04/13 1.3 master build. Adding a collection no longer triggers an infinite load, but instead loads pretty much immediately.
