I was testing the new web bounty form and noticed that the flag that gets set is sec-review? and not sec-bounty? . The permissions work as expected. I'm not sure how I missed seeing that the flag was sec-review in all the testing on dev

d'oh.  timing couldn't be worse -- our next scheduled push isn't until the 12th (due to the summit and related travel).
I apologize for that and as glob mentioned, it may be a bit before we can get the fix
pushed live. I have committed it to our repo.
