Details

There are many modal dialogs in the dialer app and the call screen. Moving them out of index.html to have them lives into their own page would allow us to apply a system wide transition on a call to window.open.
We've done this in other bugs. There are a couple of overlays still in index.html, but I don't think that moving them is in the spirit of this bug. They are "loading" overlays, so extracting them is of dubious value to begin with.
