Details

There are multiple modal dialogs in the Calendar app. Maybe some of them are panels but without the appropriate transition this is not always obvious to me :). Moving some of them to their own html page will let us apply a system wide transition on a call to window.open or similar and will remove some responsibility from the omnipotent index.html page.
