92267 - can't customize tab for Horoscope, Weather and Sports

using 7/25 build of netscape

1) launch netscape
2) open sidebar
3) Tabs | Customize Sidebar
4) Add Horoscope from Favorties Folder
5) click on Horoscope in the right panel

the "Customize Tab" is not available to click on below

this is related to bugscape bug 7903.

same problem with stocks tab, but the workaround is to
close the panel and come back in, then stocks tab works
for customize tab.

also for Weather .

but I noticed both Weather and Horoscope don't have an Edit button
even in the My Sidebar window, so are they supposed to enable
the "Customize Tab" button in the Customize Sidebar window ?

Edmundo says its not a server side issue that Customize Tab isn't enabled
for Weather, Horo, Sports.

This should either be fixed on there server or marked invalid. 

The rdf that is sent to the client in the customize dialog is being sent without 
a customized attribute.  In otherwords there is no customize url for this tab.  
Thus the button will not enable.  Some of the tabs do have customized urls and 
you can test that the button does enable.   I believe sports get enabled.

Do the website folks want to be able to customize these tabs.  If so, they need
to provide customize URLs.  Thanks.

see #5. not all tabs should have a customize button, and these don't.
