Details

Some time ago our configs diverged node to node. I'm not sure when that happened or if it needs to happen. We should unify the config as much as possible. If we don't need different values for the same variables within a cluster, we should have one config that pushes to everything.
the issue is evergeen, but we've fixed it a few times since this was filed and this specific issue is over
