Host is showing extreme lag and was not pingable. Running diagnostics for any errors.

Memtest came back clean. Failing to reimage. I think hard drive might be bad. Will proceed with RMA.

Filed RMA ticket with iX Systems.

iX Systems recommended to run WD's lifeguard diagnostics:

If this doesn't resolve the issue, the machine will be picked up by iX for further inspection.

After reformatting the hard disk, I was able to reimage the node successfully.
