Steps to reproduce:

I created the following <ul> block:
<ul>
  <li>
  ...
    <ul>
      <li>1</li>
      <li>2</li>
      <li>3</li>
    </ul>
  </li>
</ul>


Actual results:

At <li>3</li> the text content displayed on a new line, out of line with the bullet.


Expected results:

The text content should display on the same line as the bullet.

I am in email contact with Ben and he gave me access to their intranet application, the problem was in invalid html structure in the second list which was not the case for the first list:

<li><span class="solutionsSpan"><h4>Possible Solutions:</h4></span><li>

removing the span to have valid html or changing the display value from inline to block on the span element fixes the problem.
