STR:
1. Open the Social collection
2. Tap and hold a cloud app (result below the line), like "Facebook"
3. Tap "Save to Homescreen"
Result:
You get a message saying "Facebook added to home Screen", but the app wasn't really added.
Expected:
The app should get be added to the user's homescreen.
