Steps to reproduce:
Installed Podcasts app on Geeksphone Peak (v1.2.0.0-prerelease). Ran app.
Actual results:
App runs with a French-language UI, despite my device being set to "English (US)" (under Settings > Language).
Expected results:
App should have run in the language of my device.
