These two links: http://cl.ly/image/3O0a12341a1n Are about testing really and theres the receipt generator which isn't linked. Suggest making a "Testing Apps" heading and then a side bar which contains all those elements.

On this page "apps" are unnecessarily capitalized. Also, I wonder if changing the name to 'Test your apps' makes more sense. But the page is alive and well @ https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/developers/test/
