I got this suggestion trough http://www.mozilla.org/nl/contribute/ and i like the suggestion;

Comment: Simple suggestion for Thunderbird. When prompting 'Are you sure you want to send out this e-mail without subject', you could include a text field in that same prompt, allowing the user to fill it in right there and simply clicking ok, rather than having to cancel that prompt, filling it in and sending it. Only one click difference, but a little easier (happens to me all the time).

Personally I think it sounds like needless complication. If you forgot the subject, chances are you forgot something else too and would like to go back and look over what you wrote.

Personally, I prefer simple "warning row or column with "Send without Subject" button or 'I want No Subject!, You do not need a busybody' button" under Subject row, without independent alert panel after click Send.
If the warning row/column is automatically hidden by start of typing or paste, I believe user will never forget Subject which he wanted to type by "click Send, alert, click for cancel alert".
"Alert row on No Subject since initial of mail composition" may be better. "Even though warning is shown, user clicked Send" can be considered "user's intentional action of Force Send without Subject" by mailer. If this kind of implementation will be included, it's better optional, because slightly risky for developers. User will surely open bug of "Mail of No Subject was sent by Tb!!!" :-)
Because enhancement of "disable Send button until recipient is filled" is already released then "check 'no recipents' first, check 'no subject' second" is already achieved, I think "independent alert panel for No Subject" is already not mandatory.
