1. Open Nightly in Metro mode
2. Go to http://nightly.mozilla.org/
3. Click CTRL + S

Expected results: the page should be saved on disk

Actual results: nothing happens

The work for this was previously done in bug 845011.
I think what was remaining for it to appear working is to do bug 845019 (It needs a new fix, or review comments implemented).

This works for me, I get the file chooser and I can save a page. Please reopen if there are still issues.
